Wendy Dixon, Lead Agent, Listings/Client Relations, wife to Herby and proud mother of two children. Originally from Avon Park, Florida she graduated from Forest Lake Academy, and B.S. Graduate of University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Wendy has been surrounded by Real Estate her entire life, starting at 15, she helped her Father sell homes in his subdivision. She began by holding Open Houses but soon began running his Building and Development company in Florida. After moving to Tennessee for school, Wendy became an Agent in Tennessee in 2006. She has grown her business almost exclusively by referrals and repeat customers. In 2006, the market started to decline, yet she doubled her business each year from 2007-2010, then had a 30% increase in sales each year following. Wendy and The Dixon Team started with Crye-Leike and was with them for 8 of those years. She was a top producer for Crye-Leike for 5 of her years with the company and top agent for the Ooltewah and Apison area for the last 6 years.
